Welcome to the land of adorable babies! This picture was taken on our bus ride to Andahuaylas. The poor baby was crying because he was overheating and dying of thirst so we offered the mom some water which she immediately poured over his head and fed to him. He obviously felt mucho mas mejor.  So cute!

Little footnote about the bus trip from Ayacucho to Andahuaylas -  In the bus station in the morning before the ride, asking a local if the road to Andahuaylas is dangerous, his reply was something along the lines of ¨Pongo en los manos de Dios¨. The only word Levi understood was God which was enough to get the picture. The road didn´t disapoint.

Hello Rosanna and Levi,

I was just talking to your mom and she told me about your website. Juan Antonio just read your comments and seen the pictures too. What you are doing is really pretty exciting and will someday be very memorable.

I too had altitude problems when I went to Mexico City years ago, but it went away.

Are you planning to visit Lake Titicaca, which is supposed to be the highest lake in the world.

We wouldn't be surprised if you meet Indiana Jones there.

Pictures are lovely (loved the one of the baby).

Take care and keep enjoying your tour.

Abrazos,

Elisa and Juan Anonio
